Voracious Reader PT.3
In March once again made a lot of time for reading and got through a total of 14x fiction titles and 2x non-fiction. Alice Munro really is the queen of the short story form in the collection called Dear Life. There were several of my well loved authors such as Patrick Ness, Kate Mosse and Robert Harris whose book Second Sleep was a real revelation and very clever. The first Three of Ellis Peters, Brother Cadfael stories were a joyful reread and of course there were more Agatha Christies.
As previously mentioned, (Well Read Wednesday, 12th July 2023) at the start of last year I set myself the task of reading all of Agatha Christies books in chronological order. By the end of that year I had read 55 of them and so I hope to continue the project throughout this year.
Politics on the Edge was an outstanding memoir from MP Rory Stewart who has certainly lead a full life!
